A quick make...................

Thought I would show you how to make a cute little gift wallet for money or vouchers etc. I have found them rather addictive to make as they are so quick and easy.
I saw this idea whilst browsing the net and loved the idea, sadly I cant credit the person whose idea it was as I did not make a mental note of the name and we all know what my memory is like...............

You will need:

A brown envelope*
Stampin Up ink pad
Stamp Around handle
Stamp Around wheel
Paper Crimper*
Scissors

1.Seal down the open end of the envelope

2. Cut the end that you have just sealed down off, and put to one side.

3. Stamp your envelope with the Stamp Around handle and wheel (I have used Very Vintage from the Mini Catalogue)You will need to do this a few times depending how big your envelope is.

4. Put your envelope through your paper crimper

5. The piece that was put to one side earlier now needs to be placed over the stamped envelope.
The paper crimper will have "shrunk" the envelope enough that the lid will pop back onto the envelope.

You can now embellish as desired.
I will be showing you my efforts next week.

*With regard to the size of the envelope you need to keep in mind the size of your paper crimper, mine was  a small crimper (with thanks to Ruth for the loan of) so I used wages envelopes, easily available in stationers. There are larger A4 crimpers available.

Enjoy
Happy Stampin'!
